• I would like to thank Steve and his team for such a fantastic loft conversion. I had been thinking about a loft conversion for many years but worried about the mess and cost.

  Elite Building Services game me a fixed price to complete the job which took the cost worry away as this included the plumbing and electrics. They estimated the work would take five weeks which I really couldn't believe, but sure enough, it was completed in five weeks. The first three weeks we hardly saw them as all access was made from outside into the loft and even when they broke through into the first floor, the mess was minimal.

  The whole team were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anybody as the work quality and finish was first class!

• We would  not hesitate to recommend Elite Building Services. We had a ground floor lounge, WC and utility built March to May 2010.

  We were impressed by the high standard of the work and the fact that it was completed in the time quoted. Steve and his team were polite and tidy at all times and the finished job exceeded our expectations.

• Steve ed me through seeing my planning application. As a result he came and game me a quote which was within what I expected. The quote was in detail as to what exactly would be done. The re-assured me that there would be no 'hidden costs'.

  The job was started on time and finished within the 6-8 weeks quoted.

  The team were always on site when expected and worked hard. A high standard of workmanship was done throughout with regular with building inspectors.

  The whole team were easy to get on with and were very reliable. I was happy to leave access to my hoe with all of them.

  The job finished and we are now very happy with the result. I would recommend Elite Building Services and would be happy to show-off our new extension.

  Well done to a builder who does not fit into the 'stereotype' of the building trade.
